Forming good habits
I believe everyone has some laziness at some period of time.We are all inclined to live a relaxed and comfortable life,so this facilitates us to be lazy while doing something.In daily time,I seldom do exercise,until one day ,I found that I got a lot of weight and I also felt so uncomfortable as if every part of my body did not work well.This is the typical syndrome of lacking exercise.In order to have a healthy body,I decide to do some sports after supper every day.For years,I want to get great progress in my English,especially my oral English and the listening skills,I have contributed a lot of efforts,but the result is not ideal.For my first-time toefl test,I got 90 scores,while the second time,I prepared nearly one month,but I only scored 85.This greatly shocks me for some while.I know the progress I dream of needs my constant efforts and perseverance.So I decide and compel myself to listen some English materials and read some articles every day when I am free.Habits are not inherited when we were born,they are formed when we constantly do it.Doing one thing is simple and easy,but keeping doing one thing is not that simple and easy.Just persuade yourself to do some good habits,because the "so-called" good habits may do a favor in your success for your future life.
