Traffic Congestion

It's so nice to see all of you here. I feel honored to have the opportunity to deliver you a speech concerning the traffic problem.
First of all, cheap snapbacks, as the number of the private cars soars in China over the last decade, traffic congestion is becoming increasingly severe. Traffic congestion will increase travel time and costs of passengers directly, and then decrease work efficiency, disturb one's daily activity, decline one's quality of life. Secondly, it will cause more traffic accidents. Thirdly, cars are required to drive in a slow speed in the traffic jam, which is needed to be pulled down and started frequently so that more energy and emissions and more noise will be produced. Though new roads have been being opened and existing ones have been being widened, traffic jams can't be improved obviously. It is, therefore, my sincere hope that more public transportation should be offered and used. In addition, the time of traffic light should be reasonably assigned. What's more, cheap replica oakleys, cars should be restricted on the odd and even number rule.
In conclusion, it takes the endeavor of both governments and citizens to solve traffic congestion.
